Deleting Leads Captured and Emailed Lead Data

Hi.
I have 2 questions relating to capturing leads. For the record I have a 'modified' leads capture form which can be seen on all pages of my website mavendomains(dot)com
Over the last 6 months I have collected a lot of leads and I can see those leads in the Leads Capture option via my Wordpress interface.
However, I now want to delete ALL the leads that I see in the Leads Capture screen but I do not want to delete them one-by-one as it will take too much time. How can I delete these leads more quickly and/or can I view where they are stored for quicked deletion?

Question 2:
On my leads capture form I have 3 fields: Name, Email & Message.
However, when I fill out the lead capture form the email I get also includes the following field names. Is it possible to have these fields removed from the email I receive?

Hello,
You can delete many leads by checking all on single check of that page on top of the table.
It is not possible to remove all these fields in table.

In your reply you said I can click on the single check on top of the table. However, there is no 'single check' at the top of the table. I have attached a screenshot of the top of my Leads Capture table in Wordpress. Where should I tick?

 

I have now found where to delete the leads so I no longer need any support on this issue. Thanks.
