Differentiate Paid Listings without Featured vs Paid+Featured

I am expanding on my question started in this post link ...

Would you please clarify that this theme will allow for:

Pro/Paid listing with NO Featured Home or Featured Category
Pro/Paid listing PLUS Featured Home only as an Extra Paid option
Pro/Paid listing PLUS Category Home only as an Extra Paid option
Pro/Paid listing PLUS BOTH Featured Home AND Category Home as Extra Paid options

This other thread link also brings up an big concern related to these settings as well when a user chooses an upgrade option, how it displays (upgrade from Free to Pro and, separately, upgrade to a Featured Display which must be tied to separate payment processed) - again, Featured is displaying when only a Pro upgrade was chosen, as well as listings acquiring upgrade features even without the additional upgrade payment being processed.

Currently the theme is handling these above items inconsistently and/or inappropriately.

Paid Listings/Pro Listings are the one which appears in blue box. They are also shown in the "Featured Listings" Menu.

"Featured on Home Page" listings appear on the Homepage Slider.

"Featured on Category Page" listings appear on the Category Page slider.

A user had to buy the paid listing (which will make his listing appear in the blue box) and he can also buy his listing upgrades to show the listing on Homepage slider or category page slider. However buying the upgrade to show the listing on Homepage/Category page slider is optional.
