Directory error file and site slow

Hi support,
Could you please advise why I would have an error file on the directory hosting showing a file,
error_log 102,879,446 bytes. This is enormous, should this be this size, what would be causing an error file to be so large? the site has not a lot of traffic yet.

Would whatever is causing all the errors be a factor in the site slow to load, mainly when first loading in browser. Appreciate you advice and support.

We will check from where these errors are occurring.
