Disable slider

Hi, how can i totally disable the slider on the home page of Nutrition theme. I was told its not good for SEO.

Go to front-page.php present in your theme directory and remove the code from line no. 40 t0 228.

Hello,

You will not get theme directory in your dashboard.
You can edit front-page.php file through FTP.
Open your Theme directory (through FTP)
Download front-page.php file from there, Edit it, Then again upload it.

 

I dont understand that. Its beyond my ability.
I find the ink themes have a lot of limitations.
