I have noticed that some menu items seem to disappear when scrolled over... It appears to be only the menu items that have dropdown elements (Services | Topics). Please see attached images.

    Hello,

This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Thanks Piyush, I deactivated all of the plug-ins (I even deleted the ones I added after I installed the Figero Theme) and no luck... still doing te same thing. I even emptied the browser cache so I was sure it wasn't just the cached page. What's the next step sir?

One last note, I tested it in Chrome, Explorer and Firefox... it's happening in all these browsers.
