Dissapearing columns. After WP update?

Hello.
After update WP into 3.5.1 I found that columns created with [one_half] etc. markers became broken.
Markers occured as page content.
It happened only with Gommero theme (among themes I use).
Did somebady else noticed such event?

Khm. It is under construction. Protected with password.

There are on some other subpages also tables instead columns.
Do You need also WP admin access?

Edit.
I found another themes lost columns:
Twenty (Ten, Eleven, Twelve); Mantra.
"Animal Care" (by Rectab) keeps columns.
