Documentation for ReThink Ad Code and Banners

    The ReThink Theme is advertised as having Ad Code options and that is comes with 16 editable banner images. I have purchased the theme and cannot find any documentation about either of these (other than the generic 'Documentation' PDF that shows a space to enter the ad code). Please help - is there a file(s) that I'm just missing?
