I have InkExit plugin on several InkThemes, but it doesn't seem to work on Local Business. Is that the case? I tried it on a couple of my Local Business Theme Websites and it doesn't work. Yes, I deactivated all the plugins, etc. I may use the popup ninja and see if it works. Let me know.
