Double Booking

I set up my time and date slots, but it's double-booking the same times. Can you help me figure this out?

If possible please download a fresh theme and upload it because we have updated our Ink Appointment plugin in that.

Thank you. That did the trick, but after I reinstalled the current version of InkAppointment, the date and time fields are not aligned. Can you help me with this?
