Unable to download themes from my account. Error reported for Colorway is: cannot down load 78/ I need to down load other themes need the themes download page to work correctly, please.
Greetings, UPDATE, in using Internet Explorer downloads not possible, however in chrome download works. The popup ninja does not work in either browser. Is it possible to use FTP for downloads to avoid browser issues? It would be much simpler to keep themes current etc... Thanks in advance
Greetings, Attempted again in Internet Explorer 11 with compatibility mode and non-compatibility mode and got the same error, a yellow warning triangle and a message that reads: "82/ The file name is not valid." I have cleared my cache, flushed "DNS", OS is Win 7 Pro, etc...
Hello, We have checked and theme is downloaded normally. May be any setting of your IE browser will generate this error. Please download with Chrome or Firefox. Thanks & Regards Pramod
