Hi there,

I would like to be able to offer PDF downloads (reports) to people visiting my site by clicking on an image which would then take them to a download page.

Is this possible and if so how would I incorporate it into the the theme.

You can try WP Post to PDF plugin for this issue.
Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.
