Drop down menu is behind slider image in IE9

    Hello,
    On the home page in Internet Explorer (IE9), the drop down menu is positionned behind the slider image. As a result the submenus are partially blocked out and therefore some cannot be selected. This issue only occurs in Internet Explorer. The submenus are fully visible in both Firefox and Google Chrome.
    How can this be fixed please?
