Hello, I have the Colorway Pro Wordpress Theme installed and I am not able to get any of the Dropdown Menus to work and the Slider intermittently does not load. I have attached an image of how I have the dropdown menus set up in WP. As you can see they are set up correctly. The slider works when you arrive at the site for the first time, but doesn't load when I am previewing the site from the admin. I have tried disabling the plugins to resolve both issues and this doesn't work. site address: http://onehouseofpeace.org/
Hello ! I have visited and checked you website and find drop down functionality works correctly. Please after menu creation check all the boxes and save them. Images take some times to load.No need to worry about this. Thanks & Regards Pramod
Hi, The menus are working correctly now, but, the slider still never loads on some browsers. I have just checked this on Firefox and it never loads and I have had reports of this happening on Chrome as well.
The menus did start working correctly, however the slider still never loads on some browsers. I just checked it on Firefox (Windows) and the slider never loaded. I am also getting reports that it never loads on Chrome.
Hi, I checked your site. The slider is not loading on some browsers might be one of your activated plugins are creating this error. I suggest you kindly deactivate all your plugins and check again by activating one plugin at a time. Hope it should solve your query. If still problem persists let me know. Regards, Sameer
