dropdown navigation on IE 10

I was looking at my dev site in IE 10 and the dropdown in the nav menu is hidden behind the slider.

See attached.

Please advise.

We have checked your site on IE10 at our side, It is working fine.
Please make confirm that your IE browser is not set to compatibility mode. If it is, Then set it to standard mode. Site will work fine.
