duplicate titles - yoast wordpress seo

    I am using Yoast Wordpress SEO and am getting duplicate titles. Can you please help me correct this so the theme uses the Yoast Wordpress SEO titles.

    Hello,

    Go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > header.php and replace code highlighted in the image with the code given below.

    Code:
    <?php wp_title(''); ?>
    2013-11-22_1338.png



    This will solve your issue.
