I want to enable websites URL on free listings, but when I tick "Free listing" box and click "Save all changes" - it shows Not Found page: "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it? It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help" Any ideas what the problem here? Thank you
Hi, I checked at our end its working fine. Still Kindly check if you have enable the "Enable for free listing" option as mentioned in the screen shot below and try again it should work. Regards, Sameer
It's very strange. I only now encountered this with "Website" custom field: whatever I'm trying to edit and then save it goes NOT Found page... any ideas how to solve it?
Guys, I plan my directory site going live this week. I would really appreciate your feedback on this problem.
Hi, Try and set the permalink structure to "default" as mostly such error encounters due to permalinks. Kindly refer the image for reference: It may solve your issue. Regards, Sameer
Hi, If you are using the cache plugin then try to delete the cache first. Then try again. If still happens try to re install the theme. While re installation its recommended to create a backup first by installing and activating WP EDITOR plugin. Then go to Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Editor click download theme button to download your current theme Now go to Dashboard->Tools where you will find Export website contents. just do like this and in this way your site's backup would be ready. Now you can re install theme as i have told you. Hope this will resolve your issue. Regards, Sameer
Hi Sameer I don't have cache plugin installed. I've done everything as advised by you before "re installing the theme". Should I just delete it and upload again?
Hi Arsen, I checked creating custom fields at our end with information provided its working fine. Kindly check the given link: http://screenpresso.com/=vGppg Regards, Sameer
Hello Arsen, Yes you are right I got your concern. It seems its due to some permalink structure creating such error. Some of your codes in theme got messed up. Sorry to bother you but kindly download and install a fresh copy of theme from members area and try it again. Regards, Sameer
Hello Arsen, If you have created your back of existing theme and site contents, then follow the steps to theme deletion steps: 1. First deactivate the theme by activating some other theme. 2. After that search the theme that you want to delete i.e. "Geocraft" 3. Now click on "Theme Details" option as shown in image below: 4. After click in a window will open then click delete, refer the below image Now you can download and install a fresh copy of your theme from members area but make sure to create a backup first. Regards, Sameer
I did lots of experiments and what worked for me is this: instering 1 space in "Default value" field right before "http://"
