    Hi

I want to use Bizway template in a Wordpress multi site installation - the site will have maybe 5 or 6 uses using this template - I would like to be able to customise the templates for each individual user - I have access to the theme editor in my main network account admin - but not in individual user accounts

the 5 or 6 users needs will probably vary quiet a bit and it would be hard to come up with one layout to suit all

is there a way I can make the editor available in each of the individual sites

    Hello,

For this you have to go for your hosting provider how to set up these settings.

    Thanks & Regards

Hi Pramod - yes, thanks I knew all that already - my problem is I would like to be able to things like functions.php, header.php & the style sheets on a site by site basis

I have tried activating the theme both ways - via Network Activate and also by activating via the Users admin

BUT I can only access the Editor via the Admin dashboard - any changes made here are network wide

the attached image shows on the left the Users admin showing the theme settings - but it has no Editor link

the window on the right shows the editor in the main admin - I would like to be able to access this editor on a site by site basis

this is true for both Colourway & Bizway themes

    Thanks

    FYI wordpress support says
To do this, you will need to have separate child themes for each site and only have the theme active on the one site. Then you will be able to make edits to the functions.php, etc.
