Editor gone in some WP instalations :/

Hi there friends,
This is maybe a silly question but is getting me confused... I sometimes sadly find out that the Menu Editor located in Appearance by CSS is "not installed" in some WP where I'm using Ink Themes, do you know the reason for it??

Here's 2 capitations of Roadfighter, both sites have the same plugins and configuration is up-to-date, but in one of them I can't find the Editor :/

Hello,

I think you have not the file permission of editor.
So contact with your service provider and asked there to enable the editor in your WordPress.

 

Thx for your msg Piyush, I have a chat with the Hosting company and it all got solved, just had to edit wp-config.php file and put "false" in the following line
define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT',true);
