Is there any way to give an editor user permissions to access/edit the home page sections in the theme options of the Local Business theme?
Only admin have a right to access/edit in homepage section in the theme option panel. However if you want that another person also can edit that then you have to make him as an administrator then he can change/edit in the home page section.
