    1. I have entered the email address in theme options > Lead Capture Settings > Email Address box but no emails are being sent by the lead capture form. I have to go into the Leads Capture page to see if any messages have been sent which is not good.

    2. When the main slider lead capture form button is pressed to send the message, the box just vanishes but leaves a smaller box visible (see screenshot). I have tested on Firefox, Chrome and Explorer - same for all. Aside from the user experience appearing broken, it would be good if a confirmation message appeared letting the user know that the form has been sent instead of seeing nothing.

    Gourav,

Thank you for #2 fix. Customers now see a confirmation message when they submit the form.

I am confused about your reply to #1 - Is the lead capture form meant to send an email alert? If so, what is the reason that you believe the service provider is causing the problem? I have numerous other lead capture forms on other sites which send email alerts no problem and I use the same service provider. For this reason, I believe there may be an issue with the theme / plugin. I need to have this fixed because it is the main reason that I opted for this theme over others and have invested much time completing it.

    Thanks.

Cancel Gourav - I have contact the host and you are quite right - they have a security restriction preventing email forms being sent. I have added the easy wp smtp plugin and this has resolved the issue.

    Thank you.
