I would think this necessary to give them the option to cancel their listing in advance of renewal if they so wish. I presume that if a business requests to cancel their listing, the site admin delists the business listing by setting the status to draft - does this also cancel the recurring payment in Paypal? ...Or does the business owner need to log in to their Paypal account to cancel the recurring payment themselves? ...Or can I as the site admin cancel the recurring payment from within my own Paypal account? (If so how would I do this?) You mention that for the one time package a notification email will be sent to the listing owner at the time of expiry - can I edit the content of this email? If so, where? Can I set this email to be issued in advance of the expiry date, i.e. one week before, so that they are not delisted? Thanks again!
Hello, If listing owner don't want to pay next recurring amount then he need to mail site admin to stop recurring or can delete listing through there own dashboard. Notification mail will be sent by PayPal about deduction of recurring amount.
