Embedding Links

Hello,
I have been trying to embed links in my posts ie:
http://www.powerfulmother.com/new-mother-essence-first/
Instead of a clickable link the text is still appearing. How do I get a clickable link that will take people to my Pinterest page?

Also, could you please tell me:
1. How I can "re-order" my posts so that I can choose which ones to display on the front page
2. How to change the text on the sidebar so that it says, "Power Tools" rather than "Recent Posts."
3. How to Insert a Widget on the Sidebar of Posts and Pages so that I can widgetize the Pinterest link.
