I noticed that a lot of businesses do not complete the registration action because they do not see phase 2, they must approve the publication, and the system does not add them to the site, you have a solution?

How do their business in the first in step will be published on the site?

Or Enable saved as drafts do they?

It seems you have configured any of the Premium and Free listing status to published mode please check.

That's why you are getting confused.

Check your settings once again.
