enable dashboard for other user levels

wanting to give my "editor" user access to the dashboard, what .php file and what bit of code will let me do this? thanks.

You can set new user role by general setting of dashboard as shown below in screenshot.



It will resolve your issue.

this is not the problem, maybe I should explain my issue more thoroughly. admin accounts are the only accounts that will take me to the WP dashboard, with my editor account when I login and try to get to the WP dashboard i get a "YOU_ARE_NOT_ALLOWED" page error, which leads me to believe there is a setting somewhere in your PHP files that is doing this

In our theme there are no such type of coding is used, you can easily open your dashboard after login.

This issue maybe because of plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
