ERROR 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 11

Hi ther,

I get this Error 500 when I want to add a listing in the GeoCraft theme. I tried many times but each time the same.

Any suggestions please?

The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer or Internet connection but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Please contact to your service provider. They will help you.

 

Just an FYI, I get the same error when using the GeoCraft theme. I have other sites on the same server, with different WP themes, that don't get the error.

I've done all the steps and also contacted by hosting company as stated in the article you posted. Here is the error they are seeing and are telling me it is related to the theme. I've pasted in their email below.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I tried the list of actions given above and the plugin investigation did the trick. I found the offending plugin and disabled it (it was a plugin I paid quite a lot for...:-( )

So I consider this request solved.
