error 550 when installing bizway v2

Hello,

4 months ago I buyed bizway v2, but not yet installed until today, i'm still working with bizway 1.7. Each time i try to activate the theme i have the fatal error 550...is there a conflict with a plugin? i have all the followings installated: Akismet, All in one WP security, Alo Easymail, BBpress, Block Bad Queries, Download Manager, Drop Shadow boxes, Favicon, Grand Flag gallery, menu icons, SEO ultimate, Shareaholic, SPR free, WP resized images, WP statistics and WP user avatar. ?

This issue maybe because of plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.
