Error access public_html/wp-content

Hi there friends,
all of the sudden something is gone crazy with my Color Way theme and I can´t upload photos into public_html/wp-content

Also, when I try to add a photo from an external url I get another error msg to access the photo and make it as "blog size", I would really appreciate your help before trying to re-reinstall the theme again as everything is up to date and never gave me any problems until today.

Hi there again, I sent an e-mail to the guys of our hosting company and they solved the issue, sadly no explanation was given to us but Colorway is back up and working fine... amazing stuff but happy it is all back to normal
