ERROR Code in Payment Details

    When we enter to Payment Details (Appointments) in first line show the error:

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/mariasel/public_html/mariaselyanina.es/wp-content/plugins/ink-appointment/ink-admin/appointments-form/apt-dashboard/apt-trans.php on line 44 and defined in /home/mariasel/public_html/mariaselyanina.es/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992

    Do you know what is the problem?

    Is possible erase the fields "Select Date" and "Select Time" in the Appointment Form?

    For this you need to edit "ink-appointment" plugin.
    Go to the
    plugins\ink-appointment\ink-admin\apt-form.php
    Ans remove code as shown in the image.
