error installing zip file

    I've downloaded the latest elitepro theme version 2.5.3 but when I try to install it I get the error message:


    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I've also tried to extract the zip file to copy the contents to the server but the zip file is empty.
