Error when "Export to CSV from ads"

My site: http://muaban.yousport.vn/. I did some cutomization.

When I click "Export to CSV from ads", the error appears.I logged in as admin. Look at the images attached.

How can I resolve this error?

Inktheme said that it is not related to the theme functionality.

Host provider said "There is an issue with classcraft theme.. Please contact the theme vendor."

Please help me check carefully one more time. I still can't solve the issue.

For your information, there are few directories on your server for which permission is not set, If your host provider is not helping you then, we can try once.

Could you please share your FTP or File server management details at our email, If you don't have these details then, you can contact your Host Provider and ask them to provide you the following information.
