Every time I make a change to theme options, the theme resets to default?

Hello,

Every time i make a change to the theme options, for example adding a slide, and press save, the theme just resets to default - with the default blackbird logo - however it still has all of my pages and footer - the header resets to default and so does the main content of the page - such as featured images and links!
