Excellence In User Support

    Its not often that I would post this type of thread but in the light of dissatisfaction suffered by several users of this theme I like to say this:

    Since Priyanka and especially Naveen have taken ownership of this theme I find that support has improved 110%!

    For instance I have complained that the sidebar widgets for Home page, All listings, Featured Listings and individual listing should be separately controlled by their widgets and not centrally as one setting.

    Within 48 hours of acknowledgement of this issue a fix/update has been applied - and it works!

    Now, I have many themes and not only is this the fastest support I have seen but is the best example of support, listening to its users and applying updates.

    My advice to all users: make your problems/ issues known in a constructive manner and support will listen to you!

    Sometimes, we get a delay in reply, depending upon the support requests but, we never miss a single one.

    I concur will RogerB 100%. I would offer this, maybe survey or poll your customer base from time to time, to see where you guys can improve. I would think in InkThemes case, some very small adjustments here and there would put you guys well above the gold standard for support.

    More often than not we only speak up when something is wrong. I would definitely concur with others comments about the excellent support. Over several years and a couple of different themes I've always been very happy with the fast, friendly support received.
