Excessive HTTP request. Plugin Recommendation?

My programmer says there are >60 sometimes 100+ HTTP requests made by a single page. This is too excessive.

Can you recommend a plugin that is fully compatible with GeoCraft to reduce http requests, combine and minify javascript and css????
