Expired free listing - possible to reactivate?

I've got a couple of listings that have expired after the free period.
As the site admin, is it possible to reactivate them or does the user have to do it?

 

Yes admin can reactivate them and user can also do that but user should have premium.

 

Thanks Krish, but the problem seems to remain on http://www.australianweddingcelebrants.com.au
I now have 15 listings that have expired and none of them want to re-publish on the site. They all just go back to being Drafts when I try to publish them.
Any suggestions?

 

Yes, there is some issue. We are working on resolving it. Expect the update in 1-2 days for this.

 

I seem to be running into this issue as well and when the listing expires is never sends an email for the user to reactivate it.
