Hello, Export - Custom Fields - We have added several custom fields to our listings, which are mostly at the end of the default fields. When I export the listing data csv file and open the file in Excel, the custom fields come across as separate columns fine, but unfortunately that data is not coming across in the proper field. All the data for the custom fields are shifted right into different field/columns. I've rechecked my Custom Fields setup in the dashboard, but I'm not recognizing where the problem might be coming from. I had a similar problem testing in ver 1.7. which was resolved, though not sure what was done. We're now using v1.8. Sent the login info to [email protected] so you can take a look. Import - Custom Field Data - Using the above as a template, I attempted to import 3 FREE listings, which included the custom fields --- data was included for one of the fields but it does not display in the listing page, as if it didn't import or populate at all. The custom field IS set to display for free listings, checked in the dashboard settings. Import - Address/Map - I am also noticing after the import, when viewing the listings on the site, the map doesn't always display on the front end. All the listings are being imported with a good complete addresses, yet some maps display and some do not. We have not been able to figure out why. Separate question -- the listings that we are trying to import will include categories in the import file, ones that already exist as 'child' categories. Will they be get sync'd properly when they are imported or will the categories in the imported CSV actually generate new parent ones automatically giving us duplicates? << further testing looks like it sync's up fine with no duplicates Thank you! Its been several days since this post but I haven't heard back yet, and I've had to keep working on site in the meantime, but this remains a problem with subsequent imports -- one of the custom fields is not importing the data. When the data is entered by hand into the business listing and then we export the listings data, the data is not exporting properly either -- the custom field columns are there, and the data is exported but not in the proper column - the data is askew in those fields. More importantly at the moment... we were having trouble doing a large import of listings and only part of the file was importing. We deleted everything and started over importing in smaller chunks of data. This worked better, but in the Business Listings dashboard, the number of "All (#)" listings is higher than the number of "Published (#)". All of our listings were imported as Free & Published automatically. Anyone else run into this? I must be missing something here, how do we identify what or where those "non"published listings are -- how do we find them or see them or fix them?? Are they being set to Draft for some reason? If so, how do we access them or find out which ones so we can delete and re-upload? I am not seeing how to isolate these in the Business Listings dashboard.
