Extending search query to custom fields

Can the standard search query extend to custom fields? It seems only to find text included in the description.

I need the search range to extend to contact name, web address, email and some other custom fields that I have added myself - how can I do this?

Also, the captcha on the registration page isn't clear, i.e. typing 8+0 into the captcha field didn't work - I eventually copped that I needed to do the math! How do I change the captcha text input placeholder text to include the text "Do the math!" ?

1.For your first issue

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.

2.For your second issue

Go to library\text_domains\controls_path.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below
