I have been using the Colorway Lite version for over a year and decided to upgrade to the Pro version. I'm guessing it was the worst decision ever as I cannot get it installed correctly even after watching your video, searching your support forum, re-saving the .zip files, etc. The error that I receive when attempting to upload the .zip file is: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /home/content/63/8814163/html/wp-content/themes/colorwaytheme/ Theme install failed. My fear is that I need to deactivate the Lite version in order to use the Pro version. Is this true?? If so, this should have been clearly stated on the purchasing page. I would not have purchased this unusable "upgrade". If I don't receive a response within 48 hours I will be cancelling my credit card transaction. Thank you.
