Feature Columns Appearance Speed

Can you make the 4 feature columns show up faster? When you first load the website, if you scroll down quickly, they don't appear. Can they appear right when the website loads without scrolling down? I'm just afraid these can be missed because they take a bit of time to appear.

When you say Comment-our the highlighted section...do you mean remove this?

So all I want to take out is animate.css and leave everything else that you highlighted? Sorry...this is new to me and don't want to remove what I shouldn't.

Please don't get confused... You just all have to do is comment out the red highlighted line by adding // tag at starting of the code as I have mentioned in the screenshot....

All I changed is the section that I was told to in order to remove the animation. How do I update to the latest version? What is the latest version?

 

I also have a child theme on this site....does that affect how it's updated?

Here're the steps of updating the theme...

Download the ColorWay theme by logging in your members account:

http://inkthemes.com/members/member

Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder colorway like colorway_new,

Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: colorway_new.zip),

Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New,

Then, activate your theme,

This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress

And there will be no effect on your child theme after updating the theme...

On Inkthemes.com, I don't see where it shows what the current version of Colorway is. Where do I find this? I'm not sure if I have the current version or not.

I followed the steps, but it's saying Theme install failed. It says the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. I looked inside the file, and I see the style.css file, so not sure what is happening.

The updated theme was installed and it didn't correct my issue. Website is theme1.1stopnonprofitshop.com and the first 2 columns in the "featured columns" section is still taking longer to load than the last 2. How do I correct this? I tried to optimize the images, but that didn't help. It's obviously not an image issue, as the text under those 2 columns take just as long to load. I'm attaching a snapshot of the issue area. The area circled in red loads slower than the other 2.

Would you please deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I tried that and even when I deactivated all my plugins, it didn't change the loading speed. The first 2 columns are still delayed. Do you think it's something in the coding when I deleted some of the code to not animate this section?
