I need to be able to choose where there is a line break, so that I can choose what text goes on the first and second line.

Line break totally depends on width of text that you are entering.
Text more then width 190px break line and go to the second line.

Sorry for the delay.

You can add </br> tag after text from where you want to break line.
Like: Your text in first line </br> your text in second line.
