How to I ad this slider to a custom page I have created?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.

 

Wouldn't the solution be to just input the code for the slider on the page I have created.

The only possibility is. Add code in the "page.php" file. But it will add slider in all default pages. It is not possible then to add it for any particular page.

Sending "page.php" file. Replace it with your existing file. It will add slider in default pages.
