Unfortunately, this theme does not come with "featured images" by default. I've never actually seen this in a Wordpress theme, but apparently it does happen. Apparently, you can add some script to the functions.php file. I've done some research and found some script suggestions, which are not specific to this theme. I tried them, and in all cases there are error messages that appear. The question then is a very specific one: In the functions.php file of the Poloray theme, what exactly needs to be typed in, and where precisely, in order to enable featured images in posts and pages?
I've since gone back and seen that featured images is enabled, but not in the WooCommerce plugin that I'm trying to integrate. Mistakenly, I was told to go to theme editor/ support to alleviate the problem.
