File translation language

We try to find it but there aren't in the language folder.

Dear friends, we are downloaded the new version and upload it, but in the new folder "language" not appear the words of the them in english for translate.

Please, can you rofer a good solution, 15 days for to hace a solution is no normal.
We know how tanslate a PO file, but the PO file thar is inside the "languagues" file in the new update of the them NO have the words of the them in english.
We have a solution ad we wait that you red the post before answer.
Nos is urgent please, we need a solution.
