Finding Additional Slider Settings

Hi Guys

I have taken over a web designers job and on the main site are 8 slider images: http://www.charlenenailbar.co.uk/ I have gone into the dashboard and can only locate the first 4 sliders - any idea where i can locate the slider images 5,6,7 and 8?

Go to the front-page.php present in your theme directory and change image address from there.

I have located the front page.php but it really looks aline to me - not simple like the settings you have via main dashboard

is there an existing video you can direct me to as i need to get these changes done
