My site is www.pieworks.com Using Blackbird theme. When I go to the site on Chrome, the three Feature Headings do not appear. However, if I go to another page and then come back to the home page, they do appear. This does not happen in MS Explorer. Any ideas of what may be going on? Thanks
Hello, This issue maybe because of plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). And also seems that you are using older version of this theme, so please update your theme. Download the latest version (version 2.1.0) of BlackBird Theme from the members area (http://inkthemes.com/members/member) and, upload and activate it in your dashboard. Follow the link given below for reference. http://www.inkthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme-by-inkthemes/05/
If I were to use the 2nd method to update the premium theme, delete the theme in dashboard, what would happen to all of my custom changes that I have made to the website? Thanks David
Hello, Your theme option content and css code in the Custom CSS section will remain intact while Theme update, but if you have make changes in .php files (like header.php, sidebar.php ,footer.php..etc.) of theme then you will loss your changes while Theme update.
