[Follow up] Set number of characters shown from the blog post on home page

I made the adjustment to the front_page.php as instructed. However, the 1st post showed fine. After I posted the 2nd page, the same problem happened. The 1st post on the home page shows the number of characters I set at. However, the 2nd post has full characters of the paragraph I wrote. Could you please help?

You can try WP-UTF8-Excerpt plugin for this issue.

Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.
