is there a shortcode to design the image gallary in the footer like in the preview site ??

Hello,

You can try NextGEN Gallery plugin for this issue.
Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.
http://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/

After that create gallery and then go to the Appearance > Widgets panel in your dashboard and
drag & drop nextgen widget in the Footer Widget Area.

This will solve your issue.
