Footer is pulling in from two areas

I have a footer on the bottom left side of the page, that I think was pulled in from the Non-PRO version, before I upgraded. In the PRO version, I added the footer text in Appearance/Theme Options/Footer Settings. Two questions:
1. How can I remove the two slashes / that appears where there should only be a single quote ' ? Refer to how the footer on the left reads
2.How do I delete the footer text that was originally entered in the free template? This one is the one that is on the lower left footer.

If you look at the footer, there are 2 statement (almost identical).
Is there a way to use a single quote: '
Without the appearance of a slash: /

I like how the footer appears on the left, but want it to replace the Ink Themes logo (in white), as it appears on the right.
