Footer not sticking to bottom of page, and woocommerce support?

I have successfully been able to get my StartPoint Lite theme to have Woocommerce support, but for some reason the pro version is giving me trouble. Also, no matter what I do I have the issue of the footer not being stuck to the bottom of the page when there is not enough content to fill the space.

What I need is:

1. Footer stuck to bottom of the page regardless of page height.
2. Woocommerce Support on Pro Version

My website is http://bestvaluecinemas.com/camerafix . At the moment I'm running another theme due to the issues I was having with Start Point. This was only occurring on pages that had maybe a line or 2 of text on it. The page would look full on my laptop screen which is wide, but on a standard monitor the footer would just stick in the middle of the page. It'll be at the bottom of all the content, but the content wasn't enough to fill the screen.

Please upload startpoint theme which causing problem then provide us website url and screenshot so that we can have a look of problem and understand why this is occurring.
