Footer & Right hand (not front page) column on default template page , is it an option? Footer on main page and other pages would be helpful. Right hand column on default template page for banners ads etc.

Thank you for the info, I am unable to make the "Dynamic Widgets" plug in produce anything on a page, the space for a side bar is there on the default page but nothing appears.
