Footer Text getting cut off

The footer text right at the very bottom on the right hand side is getting cut off.

Please advise

On the right side in footer area there is no cutting off, you have written only Powered by so it is displaying.
Please write some more text.

Please write text in right format because you are using some HTML tags so that tags should be in right format.
